Adults
Belonging to God in Jesus means we’re now part of God’s family, and so at CPC we think it’s important to spend time together as a church family, helping to build authentic community.
For both men and women, we aim to meet informally throughout the year in wanting to create a space where our friends to be able to join us in a fun and non-threatening environment.
But, at the same time, we do want to be intentional about what we do and what we believe, so to that end we also have a few men’s, women’s and mixed events planned throughout the year that provide a chance for those friends join us in learning more about real life in Jesus.
Men

Men’s Breakfasts.
Our Men’s Breakfast’s are run 3 times a year and are a great opportunity for all the guys of our church and community to come together and share a great breakfast, have a great chat, and learn together. It’s a great way to encourage and strengthen one another.
Join us for our next Men’s Breakfast: Saturday 30th May @ 7:30am
Or at one of our later ones this year:
Saturday 7th November @ 7:30am
Check out the What’s On posts for more info closer to the date.
Men’s Events.
Between our men’s bre
akfast’s we host different men’s events either at the church building or out at locations around Brisbane. These are simple and cheap events which are a chance to get to know each other a bit better around something fun and lighthearted, often including lunch or dinner. Some events are particularly organised for men to bring along their sons.
Join us for our next event: TBA
Women
Women’s Breakfasts.
This year where starting up our Women’s Breakfast’s again, and like our Men’s Breakfast, these are an opportunity for the women of our church and community, whether young or old, to come together around a beautiful breakfast while hearing from other women about various topics.

Women’s Events.
As with our men’s events, the ladies of CPC host different events either at the church building or out at locations around Brisbane throughout the year. Again, these are simple and cheap events which are a chance to get to know each other a bit better around something fun and lighthearted, often including lunch or dinner. Some events are particularly organised for women to bring along their daughters & to bring along friends.

Coorparoo PWA.
Coorparoo’s chapter of the PWA, the Presbyterian Women’s Association, is actively involved within the life of CPC. Each year, through many different events, the PWA encourages the women of the church and local community to come together to build stronger relationships with each other and with God.
During the Christmas season, the PWA also hosts a great carols afternoon at the church followed by a delicious dinner. This year the PWA Carols are set for second Saturday in December at 4pm.
The PWA at CPC is co-ordinated by Grace Hyland. To get in contact with Grace please contact her here.
