Christians do not have to create unity. God gives us unity in the Spirit which we have to maintain by the bond of peace.Join us this Sunday as we explore what unity in the Spirit means and how sometimes maintaining it can make us uncomfortable.
It is easy for us to think that worship is the feeling we get, or the experience we have, when we gather as God’s people and sing his praises.
But worship is our whole of life total response to God’s self revelation in Christ. We have to worship the way he say not the way we think.
There should be something about worship that makes us feel uncomfortable.
Join us this Sunday as we think about these things.
We have all met people at church that make us feel uncomfortable. God tells us we are a family and that we have to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth-pains. Matthew 24:6-8
Many will turn away from the faith. There will be false teachers and false Christs. We will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death. The love of many will grow cold.
but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. Matthew 24:13
Are you ready?
