What’s On

Have you ever moved and had to find a new church?
What Criteria did you use to choose your new church?

Join us this Sunday at 9 am as we look at what the Bible says about

“What makes a Good Church”.

Has anyone said to you, “I don’t have to go to church to be a Christian” or “you can be a Christian without going to Church”.

Join us this Sunday as we ask “Why do I need Church?

Join us this Sunday as Neil Hunt takes us through our commitment to follow Christ and how it can be uncomfortable.

Since through Christ we have confidence to enter God’s presence, let’s commit to drawing near to him, commit to our public confession of Him, and commit to each other, as we wait for Christ’s return.

Christians do not have to create unity.  God gives us unity in the Spirit which we have to maintain by the bond of peace.Join us this Sunday as we explore what unity in the Spirit means and how sometimes maintaining it can make us uncomfortable.

It is easy for us to think that worship is the feeling we get, or the experience we have, when we gather as God’s people and sing his praises.

But worship is our whole of life total response to God’s self revelation in Christ.  We have to worship the way he say not the way we think.

There should be something about worship that makes us feel uncomfortable.

Join us this Sunday as we think about these things.

We have all met people at church that make us feel uncomfortable.  God tells us we are a family and that we have to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Join is this Sunday as we look at how the Bible tells us to cope with these uncomfortable people.

The Christian Faith has uncomfortable truths like the existence of a God to whom we are accountable, the exclusivity of Christ, God’s demand for moral purity, the wrath of God and hell.

Join us this week as we look at how to respond to these uncomfortable Truths.

The God who saves us becomes the God

who is with us and this changes everything!

Join us this Sunday as we focus on God with us.

Don’t forget.  Christmas Day Service 8.30am

He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” (1 Pet. 1:15-16 NIV)

What is Holiness?

Why do we find it uncomfortable to be holy?

Please Join us this Sunday as we consider these things.

This Sunday we are celebrating our Children’s Ministry.  Our children will be taking part in the service in various ways.  We will be looking at why we come to church and why we talk so much about Jesus as we follow the development of God’s Big Plan.

We are having a combined service at 9am. Please join us.

We all like to be comfortable.  But, if we are to follow Christ, he commands us to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow him.

He calls us to be uncomfortable.

Only the Gospel can make us comfortable within our discomfort.

Join us this Sunday and following Sundays as we look at “Uncomfortable Christianity”
